"We spent an amazing four days at the Hacienda. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. It’s a very unique and historic location. There is a small cenote on site that you can’t swim in and a slightly larger cenote a 30 minute walk away. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our spa/ bath to fill up. Overall great trip. "

"Pictures here can be beautiful with the nature and the lighting at night, things we did not like the fact that there was hair in the bed and stains in the sheets they also don’t have anyone to help you with luggages and there’s no walk path lots of rocks so it was tuft getting to the room , the water in the river or the heart was standing water dirty. Restaurant closes early nothing on the streets no restaurants It’s better to do a day trip but is not Great. food was a nice presentation was ok had better mexican food not worth the $400 dollars no coffee included . "

"A wonderful hacienda stay on a large harmonious garden with an inviting warm water pool, the restaurant is on a big open area that blends with the green tropical forest, all the staff are very nice and attentive to the guests. Just limited on shower towels and a minor water leak on the bathroom but overall I highly recommended it. "

"The property is gorgeous. Honestly, the website does not do it justice. The casitas are extremely private and delightfully well appointed. We were greeted warmly on arrival. All communication was prompt. The turn-down service is impeccable. The pools and grounds are perfectly maintained. The spa exceeded our expectations. Morning meditation with Antonio was a joy. He is also a patient and skilled yoga instructor. We highly recommend the complimentary hydrotherapy pools which include eucalyptus steam room and dry sauna. All staff members are kind, lovely and knowledgeable. Breakfast is delicious. One is never rushed through a meal. The 5:00 pm La Merienda is delightful. The private pool can be heated to a lovely 32*C. We simply texted ahead on the convenient WhatsApp group thread and we returned from dinner to a delightful evening dip. The attention to detail is truly impeccable. Each request was met with superiority. We cannot thank Leonardo, Karla, Grace, Paula, David, Fernando, Gregorio, Luis and the entire staff for welcoming us like friends into their exquisite home."

"Excellent location across from Uxmal ruins. Very interesting history of the Hacienda as well, including famous people such as Queen Elizabeth who stayed there! Breakfast was delicious and pool cocktails were also great. Grounds are beautiful and filled with colorful birds. Staff was accommodating. Don't expect uber modern luxury."
