La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi. "very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."

"Lovely home, however, there were some issues. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok. I didn't get responses to questions asked prior to arriving, which is bad form. "
