The staff, or friends as we now refer to them were amazing. Everything had to be just right and if it wasn’t they made sure it was. "We had a lovely stay. The service was incredible. The place is run by 2 sisters and their Mamma. Mamma's food in the restaurant was SO good! (Book when you check in. It's homestyle Italian (homemade pastas, grilled meats...) Things you will want to know if you are American or from northern Europe... "We had such a great time at this rental. It was super close to the castle as well as minutes to the square. There was tons of room. Everything was really clean and the owners communication was amazing! Would stay here again next time we come back to Pacentro!!!"

Loved the hotel and staff.

"The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner. I don't know if this is practical for the hotel but it may be worth their while to offer meals in the evening. The restaurants we found had excellent cuisine. To be clear this is a suggestion and nor a complaint. I'm sure during high season this isn't a problem. We loved our stay."
