"This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. "A very compact and comfotable whare. All that we needed was available, from linen to utensils. The shower was the perfect end to our days, roomy, and the right amount of water pressure.Unfortunately the weather did not play its part however that is beyond control. I hope we left it in order."

"as it says cosy and comfy...beds were super comfortable. it was quiet and homely, took a little bit to work out the shower and couldnt get tv to go, however if they left instructions on both that would help. great pressure in the shower , fridge had lots of little extras in it which would be good if we cooked and a great supply of milk. it had everything we needed and loved the style and bits and pieces in there .eg the record player and games books etc. thanks very much very helpful and...

"The location was perfect for what we needed to explore the area. Beds were comfy, soft but not too soft. Quiet, welcoming and charming very well kept ground with beautiful gardens. A feast for the eyes. Welcoming and gracious hostsWonderful and gracious hosts. "
