Being tucked away down the end of the street made it feel private and made our stay relaxing and peaceful. Contact from the host was amazing and she was so easy to contact and exchange messeges. "The property was lovely, very private and clean with lots of unexpected bonuses such as a television with Netflix, food in the fridge, games, books, and shampoo and conditioner to use. The host was exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, giving us recommendations for local sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Waikato region!!"

"as it says cosy and comfy...beds were super comfortable. it was quiet and homely, took a little bit to work out the shower and couldnt get tv to go, however if they left instructions on both that would help. great pressure in the shower , fridge had lots of little extras in it which would be good if we cooked and a great supply of milk. it had everything we needed and loved the style and bits and pieces in there .eg the record player and games books etc. thanks very much very helpful and...

"Really liked this place as it has an amazing ocean and rocks view. Very nicely presented and well equipped with good quality linens. It was in a quiet cul de sac and was private, although it could depend who was staying downstairs as the lower level is booked out separately.It was not far from Raglan which was great. Would stay here again if in the area."

"We were two friends staying at this lovely place up the hill in Raglan in the groundlevel appartment. It's suited for people who don't mind sharing a space, as there is no door between the two beds and hence no real privacy. Generally well equipped and even with a dishwasher now, the place is pretty much only lacking a colander and a teapot. :("
