"Am Tag der Buchung musste ich feststellen, dass ich diese Unterkunft direkt bei europarcs statt bei fewo für 240€ weniger hätte buchen können (ca. 570€ statt 810€). Zum Glück schrieb mir Belvilla, der Gastgeber, dass die Unterkunft "aus betrieblichen Gründen" nicht zur Verfügung steht und stornierte. So musste ich 2 Tage vor Reisebeginn zwar etwas Anderes suchen, musste mich aber nicht wegen "verschenkten" Geldes ärgern. In Zukunft werde ich immer erst checken, ob es die Unterkunft woanders...

"Wenn man am Ende der Saisson verreist muss mit kleinen Fehlern gerechnet werden! Diese waren jedoch belanglos und nicht der Rede wert. Wir sind mit Freunden und Hund angereist und haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Objekt ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es war ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist hervorragend und auch für Unternehmungen sehr ut gelegen, Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. "

"Communication by the key holder by phone was impossible, they never answered phone . House was not as clean as I had expected . Bed linens didn’t fit the beds , only one duvet cover for a two duvet bed. Bathroom was a fall hazzard, floors stay extremely wet. It needs a shower curtain and no slip rugs for safety . "I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about the location or the property. It is absolutely stunning. My only issues were with how it has been maintained by EuroParcs, to fix issues with the property that should have been addressed during the ‘final clean’ each occupant pays for. No one wants to go on holiday and have to call out cleaners, 3 times. Complain about having no internet, 3 times. "Die zusätzlichen Zahlungen an den Roompot Marinapark (Kurtaxe, Bettwäsche, Kaution) sollten kommuniziert werden. Man denkt ja erst, es handelt sich um eine Fishing-Mail! Ein Wasserschlauch außen am Haus wäre für Wassersportaktivitäten noch wünschenswert, bei der Brühe im Hafenbecken, sowie Liegen für die Terrasse! Sonst war alles prima, wie erwartet."

"I helped a friend book this for herself and her 5 daughters. For the daughters, it was their first time to The Netherlands and thats why i wanted them to stay in Enkhuizen. It is the most beautiful town! When they arrived in the house, rhey sent me a message and said - wow!!!! Tulpenhuis is the perfect place for a family or small group of friends. "We had our wonderful time at Nicholas home in Edam. The home was well equipped to make meals from home, everything was comfortable, and the neighborhood was exceptionally beautiful. It was close to the bus station, which allowed us to go to Amsterdam easily. Nicholas is a very nice and kind host and was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this accommodation."
