"The property was clean, check in was easy. The owner communicated to check to make sure stay was okay and to see if anything was needed. The property was close to downtown and other tourist attractions, but was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Take time to sit out on the patio at night. "

"Shaun's Downtown Oasis is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The apartment is EXACTLY as described and pictured in the listing. Booking, arrival and departure was very easy and straight forward. Our host Shaun was quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband and I are 57-59 years old, and the location was good for us to walk. "We stayed for 3 nights and it worked out perfectly! Such a cute condo. New and clean. It’s in an industrial area which I happened to enjoy. I was able to work one day from the condo since they had great Wi-Fi. The decor is beautiful and modern! There are trains in the area…I think 2 blocks away, but it didn’t bother our sleep at all! Communication with Brooke was super easy. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we are ever back in Dalton."

"We had tickets for a show at Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium for Friday night but they cancelled the event at the last minute. We couldn’t cancel the VRBO so we went and just hung out. We had a very relaxing weekend and a great night at Universal Joint on Friday. Great pizza at Community Pie on Saturday and a peaceful night at the condo Saturday night. Beautiful location in the heart of Chattanooga. Highly recommend. "
