"We had a positive experience in every way! The location is wonderful - just 10 minutes north of downtown Hilo in a quiet neighborhood safe for walking. Spacious, clean and well stocked home with washer & dryer that we could use. The owner was kind and helpful. Close to a beach side park. Good price for the amenities. Cool breezes throughout and a great view of the sunrise and ocean! Very very Nice! We even heard some lovely live guitar music coming from downstairs one time. Great neighborhood."

"We enjoyed our time in this well designed lower level apartment. Everything you need is there and handy (cook top only). We loved the view, pool, hot tub, water fall, horses, goats, chickens at the entire environment. IW was relaxing sitting on the porch seeing the ocean in the distance and feeling the ocean breeze. Steve was responsive, helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this spot."

"I arrived a little late due to car rental events. It was so nice of them to call to see if I was ok and still coming. I had been in Kukuihaele a couple of other times. Buzz met me when I arrived. He is very nice and showed me the place next to his shop which he never used while I was there. After a day I fell in love with the simple peaceful place with a wonderful view of nature.
