"Very nice house, aweson lake views. Only issue was that we paid for cleaning, and walked in and found nothing cleaned, washed...there was sand everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves, did all the bedding, towels, dishes and washed the floor. The next day we thought we were being broken into, turned out ot was the cleaning lady, arriving at 2pm a day late. Not cool to charge for zero service. Really want my cleaning fee refunded. Im guessing just a scheduling mistake, but I hate it when other...

"There was a few hiccups with missing information from the Vrbo company. But after contacting Heidi (Host), she sincerely apologized and very quickly got things back on track. The place was as pictures showed. Very warm and inviting. We were graciously greeted with delicious muffins and sweets. We very much enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately, due to unpredictable weather/storm coming in we had to leave a day early. We definitely will be back again. Next time perhaps when it is warmer and we can...
