"There were a few things that made our stay here uncomfortable and hence the 3 star review. The beds were horrible, hard as rocks and very uncomfortable to sleep on and the pillows were so thin that we had to double them up just to get a semblance of comfort. "We were disgusted when we arrived. The kitchen floor was taped up and tiles were loose. My husband is disabled so this was so dangerous for him. Paint around winvdows had mould on them. Moved radiator cover and floor was filthy. No mirror in bathroom or toilet roll holder. Everything lacked any attention to detail or personality. Luckily holiday company was fantastic and was able to move us on quickly"
