"The Rooms were NOT at ALL as advertised. The Beds were not what we had reserved. The staff gave us the accommodations that we had payed for online, but the rooms and beds were all smaller than advertised. We had booked a queen and King suite with two separate bedrooms and we were given a Double and two twin beds.
