"It was a very pleasant stay, we were warmly greeted and taken to our room which was clean and spacious enough for me and my partner. Bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was lovely my only fault was the toast was a little on the burnt side but this is a very minor thing and everything was lovely, would happily stay here again "

"Well placed in centre of Bakewell. Friendly staff. Nice large double bedroom with en suite. As they don't serve breakfast there were a couple of complimentary porridge pots and breakfast biscuits. Tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of t-bags, milk, coffee and hot chocolate sachets with packets of biscuits. Hallway outside room decoration was looking a bit tired. Had a very nice evening meal in the pub"

"At first entry the property absolutely reaked of stale spices, I assumed somebody had just cooked but the smell remained until I left. My room at the front of the house was fine. A little bit dirty in places. The real nightmare was the bathroom. After walking through the kitchen which was dirty, full of dirty dishes, unswept/mopped for weeks and lacking supplies, I found 2 full binbags inside by the back door and then went to the bathroom. It was filthy. The bath with weeks worth or black hair...
