"We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!"

"We booked the house for our daughter’s graduation from K State. It functioned really well for 9 adults for 3 days. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a grill outside, The property manager was very flexible and responsive. Location is super convenient to downtown and campus. Cute neighborhood. I would also add that there was a comment in another review about barking dogs next door: they did bark on occasion, but not excessively or aggressively. Not an issue for us at all."
