"A lovely hillside development of purpose built rooms in the mountains. We received a warm reception. The room lovely and inventive in its design. We really loved it. A small terrace outside was where our breakfast was served, and this was superb. The secluded location served to teem with songbirds, I've rarely heard so many welcome the start of the day. A perfect location, a short drive from Corte where we had dinner in the evening. "

"This is a little jewel of a hotel hidden in the hills of Corsica. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and the sense of peace is heavenly. The rooms are beautifully decorated, bathrooms well equipped and there are lots of seating areas around the property as well as the pool where you can relax. It is remote for sure but it’s worth the journey."

"We had the amazing experience with Dominique at Parfumu DI Celu. She was the most welcoming host and treated us to traditional Corsican food and wine. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning views, and the atmosphere over dinner with the other guests was a highlight of our trip. "I’d like to write about this apartment, but can’t because, despite booking and paying for it 5 weeks in advance, the apartment was given to someone else. We didn’t meet the owner either who, when we phoned him, we were told he’d made an ‘error’, and that was the end of the conversation. Perhaps a mistake, but probably not, and the inconvenience of having to find other accommodation at 8.00 in the evening was unbelievable (Corte has real accommodation shortages). I don’t recommend anyone...

Une cuisine simple mais néanmoins délicieuse qui nous a permis de découvrir la charcuterie corse. Un repas familial. Je garde un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et de notre hôte"

"We stayed in one of the hotel apartments. Nice apartments with all the basics you need (small kitchen with basic appliances, small living room a bathroom and a nice balcony with BBQ. The owners are very kind and the surrounding villages and nature are beautiful. Only minuses were: 1. a bit too close to the main road which causes some noise disturbance when you sit at the balcony and 2. the wifi reach is limited till the garden of hotel and thus not in the apartment. For the rest only big pluses."

"Die Unterkunft ist vollkommen neu in einem renovierten Altbau. Mit viel Liebe durchdacht und sehr gelungen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung unternehmen. Im nächsten Dorf befindet sich ein sehr gutes, edles Restaurant und die Vermieterin der Unterkunft war jederzeit erreichbar und immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"The concierge Mohhmed was fantastic!! He made the stay great. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean. A great location after a long day! The internet was terrible. I'm not sure if it was the location or the router and equipment, but if your world revolves around the internet this will not be for you. The other issue was that the beds were extremely hard. Not very firm, but very hard. If these two things are not an issue for you then this is the perfect place near Ile Rousse!"
