"I love the convenience of the location of the hotel for me. The breakfast options were really good. I would suggest to get rid of the mini bar so guess can use the refrigerator. Also, i would suggest having something in the room for guess to get ice, not being able to get ice was a bummer but over all of the hotel was great. I would stay again."

"We had a family suite and it was a large space. The staff were professional and very efficient and friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location about 5 mins to the ferry terminal or rail. "

"Perfect location and a beautiful view of the Riverside! The Royal Orchid Sheraton its in a great location it provides free shuttle ferry boat that takes you to Iconsiam which is an incredible mall, Also a main stop to catch other ferries for sightseeing Bangkok temples, Chinatown etc. The hotel also has an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner which is best to have it included in your package. The 2 outdoor pools are very nice, one is perfect for families. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. "
