"Nice hotel with plenty of food options around it and the access to the lounge on the executive floor was a plus. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our suite had 2 full bathrooms. The only negative comment will be the lack of enough towels in the room, only 2 for a reservation for 3 adults. We got additional towels delivered upon request. Nice short stay on a very safe location. "

"I couldn’t have asked for better service! They picked me up from the airport, got me checked in smoothly, set up my shuttle back to GYE the next day, and even gave me recommendations of what to see since I was only there for 1 night. The hotel is attached to the Mall Del Sol and your room key gets you in through a secure entrance. Definitely check out the mall! The buffet breakfast was next level! For only $12 you get a wide variety of Ecuadorian foods, more traditional US style breakfast...
