The restaurant is exceptional, everything beautifly prepared, and presented, with a splendid range of wines to accompany the dishes. The patron and his staff are friendly and so professional. Le Pavilion Bleu is one of our favourite places to stay. If you want a real taste of France, this hotel, and its restaurant , is for you. I cannon recommend it enough."
