Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. "It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone.
