"This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...

"Unfortunately this apartment is being misrepresented. It isn't as pictures show, the owners are not Angelo d'Oro Holiday Home Orto, it is someone else and they aren't very helpful. We were dumped off and given no further information. The toilet was running all day/night and when we emailed to have fixed nobody responded. The shower overflows all over the floor. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and have not rails to hold onto while going down. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and...

"Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. "Exclusive hotel with only 18 rooms in a primo location. Right on the harbor with drop dead gorgeous views! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We used their bikes for a wonderful ride to the forest preserve area. Also we were able to use the facilities (pools, fitness center) at the nearby Grand Hotel which is a 10 minute walk. The made to order breakfast was first rate! Of note, we had to park our car outside the Old Town and walk to the hotel. We weren’t informed of this prior. Once we got to the hotel, the super friendly staff assisted us in moving our car to their secure parking lot. Would be helpful to know this beforehand, but the outstanding stay was more than worth it! Highly recommended hotel!"

"What an incredibly beautiful property with first class service at all levels from check in, concierge, restaurant, spa/gym. Our room was beautiful, sumptuous and VERY quiet. Great view of the water (floor two). Easy walk to old town and the numerous bars, restaurants. Highly recommend this 16 and older resort property"

"Charming hotel in the heart of Pula. Excellent service by the hotel staying up late for our late night arrival and arranging a taxi to pick us up at the airport. Relieved much travel stress. Breakfast was great with many fresh options and again hotel staff very helpful and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage while we walked the city. "

"It was amazing stay. Hotel give much more then expected in every segment. I would highlight cleanest and quality of breakfast. But what make this hotel one of best place I ever stay is personal. Everybody is so friendly and helpful that from first minute walking in, you have feeling like when you visiting best friends. "
