"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

"Located in the city centre, this made for easy access to the unique features of this old city. Parking was available just outside the city centre walls which required a 10 minute walk to/from the apt. It was not difficult but may not suit others. Apt was cosy, clean and of good value. "Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "The host replied to our messages very quickly and was able to meet us when we wanted to. He showed us all the facilities efficiently and left us to start enjoying our stay. "There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"DON'T BOOK THIS!! The stay was very basic. The host did not make any effort to make our stay comfortable. For 2 people in the room, we expected 2 blankets but there was only one and we were not given an extra blanket even after asking the host. The Check-out time was at 10 am in the morning sharp and not a minute extra was given. Even when me and my friend were waiting for our taxi outside in the shade on the property we were not allowed to stay at the property a minute after check-out. I think...

"Ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung. Man kommt zu verschiedenen Stränden in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch in die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß, dauert ein paar Minuten länger. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden mit der Lage, denn direkt in der hektischen Altstadt wäre das nicht so entspannt und ruhig. Kommen gerne wieder!"

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."
