"Nice hotel, nice view facing the seafront (balcony room). Room was nice and quiet. The room was clean and there was plenty of space for one person. Complimentary coffee, tea and toiletries etc. Tv with lots of channels. I left my bag with them on departure, the only downside was there wasn’t any secure storage and it was left by the reception desk so I just walked off with it when I returned later with no-one checking which was slightly concerning as I had assumed it would be safe and not left in an open & busy lobby. "

"This was in a very convenient place, had very well equipped and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly, kind and helpful. We had an excellent breakfast - there was a good range of food on offer, and we had the best kipper we had ever tasted! We also appreciated the advice to eat at The Lookout's sister hotel, and had a splendid meal there too. Altogether a very good stay, and we would heartily recommend this hotel. S and S, Bromley"
