"The place was awesome, the easiest check in and out process I’ve ever had and the owner Bob was great and very communicative. The condo had two adjustable based beds which I’ve never had in a vrbo rental. The decks were awesome and views from every room. Would definitely stay there again"

"This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with."

"The property was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The quality of the bed, bedding, sheets and towels were superb. The appliances looked new. All in all it was comfortable and attractively decorated. The view of the river , boats and walking path are both fun and relaxing. I loved that I could walk all around the Pearl area as well as the Saturday market. We will be looking forward to a return stay"
