"The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides! "

"It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed at Del Medio Hotel in Sutomore, and we really loved it! The staff is amazing—always friendly and ready to help. Everything is super clean and pleasant. Breakfasts were tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also really happy to have access to the gym—it’s great for staying in shape even on vacation. If we’re ever in Sutomore again, we’ll definitely come back here!"

"Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. If anything to be improved, I'd say the breakfast - but nothing that would keep me from recommending this nice property."

"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. "

"The quality of Merit truly stood out. The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. "The location and the hotel are great. We forgot our key and the staff helped us really quickly. The hotel is on top of an amazing restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. My one doubt is to double check the check out time because our reservation said 11:00 am and they told us 10:00 am at the counter. We needed to leave earlier so there was no problem."
