"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The location was perfect - mid-island, right next to the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The condo was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and Cathy was very responsive. We visited in early December, so didn't use the pool, but we loved our walks on the beach!"

"What a splendid place. We’ve stayed all over Sea Pines and greater HHI over the last 15 or so years, but this was the first time staying on this side of the Calibogue Sound. My wife and daughters had a great time at this apartment and enjoyed a long, quiet Thanksgiving weekend together. Being close to both the water and the salty dog complex provided a variety of distractions and amenities to take care of the little ones. "

The reason 3stars for check-in was while picking up parking passes the lady that waited on me was horribly rude. I would 100% recommend this condo to any friends or family traveling to this area. "

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "

"One big trouble is the Trane A/C thermostat: I’m an engineer, and felt so frustrated that I can’t figure out how to make it work! The temperature was at 76 ~ 77 degrees for 3 days, the thermostat showed it was cooling, but the temperature wasn’t going down at all! One thing I learned from this trip: Never ever buy any Trane A/C! "
