"Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. "My first day there and my passports were stolen from my bedroom I’m elderly and had to take a 4 hour ride there and back to Madrid in order to go to the embassy to get new ones my wife’s jewelry was also stolen. I would never go back. "

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
