"Stayed at the avenida for a friends 70 birthday we requested rooms with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian pavements which we recieved.Check in was quick and staff very friendly hotel has just reopened after refirbisment our rooms were lovely and white and airy,beds were proper divans so comfy,towels changed daily.The food and drink were excellent we went a.inclusive.Right bang in the centre of old town one street away from sea front.Cabaret shows and music is geared up for the spanish but...

"Veldig bra beliggenhet. Nesten på stranden :-) Hotelpersonellet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Maten var også veldig bra. Vi spiste frokost og lunsj på hotellet hver dag. Rommet vårt hadde veldig bra utsikt, men var litt slitt. Sengene var ikke så veldig komfortable. Badet hadde løse fliser på gulvet. Men anbefaler likevel hotellet til andre."

"It was very dirty, used towels left for us, rooms were not as shown, extremely thin walls so very noisy, doors were thin as well and loose so easily opened - would not take children, staff were rude and unhelpful, foul smell and when we told the staff they just shrugged and walked out. They don’t care. There is definitely nicer places near by for a little bit extra money but it’s very worth paying it. "

"Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will...
