"The staff are outstanding! So helpful, we forgot a converter to charge our phones and they loaned one to us, answered countless questions and gave us walking directions for everything. This is so centrally located to shopping, museums, and restaurants. Only wish we knew to make reservations at their restaurant when we booked the room - they were fully booked the one night we had open to visit. Book here, you won't regret it!"

"The location of the East-West Riverside is amazing. Very convenient to many of Basel's tourist areas and has beautiful views of the river. It's clean, and well-kept with modern furnishings and decor. There was a small Christmas market (just food and beverages) right outside the front door of the hotel that we really enjoyed (early December).
