"We love Antigua and have visited several times, staying at different resorts each time, except CocoBay - where we stayed on our honeymoon 11 years ago. The food was and still is the best food of any resort, even more expensive or more “luxury” resorts we’ve stayed at. The service is great! Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The cottages are definitely more rustic as they are meant to be but they are clean and comfy, with great little extras like reusable water bottles and drinks. Since we last stayed, they added a fitness room. It’s fairly barebones but it had everything we needed, even a rowing machine! I would recommend CocoBay for any foodie couple wanting a relaxing time. "

"Space was clean and spacious and felt very safe. A few items to possibly improve on: 1. More comfortable pillows. They seemed very old and cheap. 2. Food - it is quite difficult to get food without going to an offsite location. It would be great if the property would provide some warning and recommendations. Otherwise, guests wait a very long time at the only onsite option. Has a 'food truck' option ever been considered? This is something that has taken off in recent years in the US. Maybe a great business opportunity for some local folks!! A mobile coffee truck would make a killing. Another idea would be to stock the local shop [next to check in] with some actual groceries [eggs, fruit, bread, etc..]; or offer to stock room's with food for an additional cost.
