"The resort staff were extremely friendly. The pools and areas are well kept. Lots to do during the day. Although i was hoping for more authentic entertainment at night. We were disappointed that they were singing American music and not any Antiguan music. The restaurants all have great food, just wish all things on the menu were available. The pelican snack area did not have sweet potato fries and grilled yellow tail for the full 10 days we were there. It would be nice to have the pool areas open later than 6:30pm. Paying for wifi $24/day) I expected to have good wifi however there were many areas that there was no service such as the fitness area, some pool areas, etc. Wish there was a hot tub on site for chilly nights, etc. the fitness area needs some updating on equipment but overall is ok. The cafe is wonderful! Treats and coffee are yummy! The jewelry store on the property is nice. Decent prices andPhylis is wonderful to deal with. The shop on the property could be a little more reasonably priced. Overall the resort is great and we would definitely go back. "

"This resort is private and quaint. It is a smaller resort so it was not crowded and you didnt have to fight to reserve everything a head of time. The staff were very polite and made you feel like you were a priority. There was a main restaurant and 2 smaller areas where food was available at scheduled times. There was never a time where you couldnt find something to eat. The rooms feel very private and secluded, and the views were amazing no matter where you were sitting! We would definitely recommend this resort and definitely will return. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royalton Antigua. The beach is beautiful. The pool and pool bar is lively with activities for the grown folks all day. The spa’s hydrotherapy, which is included with spa services, was exactly what the doctor ordered. The main dining buffet was surprisingly my favorite place to dine due to the large selection and wonderful staff. "

"We were so nervous about this trip, there were a lot of mixed reviews. I'm happy we went, the resort is beautiful, it's small but not too small. We had zero issues with check-in. We did pay the extra money where we picked our room before we arrived. Even though we didn't get that exact room it was still on the same floor and building. The resort even refunded us our money without us asking. Our butlers (Zen and Sheresse) were amazing, checking in with us every morning and throughout the day to make sure we were ok. We were a part of a larger group and I honestly think we had the best ones. My sister who planned this entire trip heard from her butler like once. Luckily Zen also checked in with them and made sure they also had everything they needed. We had no issues with dinner reservations since our butlers booked them all. We were able to eat as a party of 8 during the entire stay. The food was good, our favorite was Vespa. The steakhouse was our least favorite. I can't say we ever went hungry. We were always able to find something to eat. The options were a bit limited but the quality was good. Drinks were always yummy, we mostly hung out at the diamond club pool or near the evening entertainment bar. The bartenders knew who we were and what we liked The beach was amazing as well, luckily we didn't any any issues with the seaweed! There is a small rocky patch when you first walk into the ocean but then it's nice sand. The rocks didn't hurt so no need for swim shoes!! "

"When we first got there, our room key didn’t work. It took 30 min for someone to work the computer system at the door in order to fix it. We were hungry and thirsty standing at our hotel room with our luggage in hand. That’s unacceptable!"
