"This over-garage apartment was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. Walk out the door and you are at the private beach in less than 2 minutes. Lovely water views from the living room. The host had so many thoughtful extras like beach towels and sand toys, water bottles in the refrigerator, etc. We wojle absolutely recommend."

"Enchanting week staying at the Smith Cottage with my partner and canine old boy. Immaculate is an understatement for the cottage-it was beautiful, cozy and it is mind-boggling to me just how attentive, intuitive and thoughtful our host Debbie is. I cannot wait to return next September. Everything both inside and outside this property was great, including the beautiful fire pit under the harvest moon at night. "We stayed for a long weekend to see the Christmas boat parade. This property is perfectly located and walking distance to everything! The house was in great condition and very clean. It had everything you would possibly need. Our next trip to Mystic will definitely be here."

"Jeff and Sarah were very pleasant hosts. They were attentive and kept up with communication. They even offered us to ride their bikes to roam around Stonington. The place was very clean and spacious. I would come back without any hesitations. You should too. Thank you Jeff and Sarah."

"This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. "We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old!"
