"The stay was ok and the room was great. My only complaint is people that work there seem lost on issues. Like dry cleaning I brought a bag down . They said it wouldn’t get back in time . They don’t know how long it would be. I just don’t see why they offer the service. But other questions you have they are usually not sure of anything. Very few people working look happy Except the bartenders and our waiter at the steak house."

"Had to stay multiple days for surgery at the hospital. Very conveniently located, clean , friendly staff, the meals are very,very convenient not having to leave to find somewhere to eat. 5 stars all the way around. This is will be my go to hotel in Baton Rouge."

"The hotel was very nice, great architecture, and in a convenient location. Very walkable. Comfortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River, and the sunset was gorgeous. We were very near the rooftop pool, which would have been nice if the area was open. I understand it’s closed for “winter” but the area had lots of space, sitting areas, cornhole games, etc. that could have easily been enjoyed in the mild Louisiana “winter”, especially since there is no other courtyard...

"There were people smoking weed in the cars in the parking lot. It really stunk bad. Not the hotels fault though. It did not feel as safe in the parking lot as I would have liked. "
