"Everything was good , however one of the staff in front desk seemed to be very annoyed when asked any questions , I believe his name was Wazir. I wasn’t trying to interrupt his night anyways…. Other than that this place awesome. "

"Keri ann was rude, disrespectful and not friendly or understanding. She shouldn't be at the front desk taking care or lack thereof, customers. She was not knowledgeable or articulate in regards to company policies and procedures. Parking rules should be displayed at the front desk and on third party sites, this way the customer is aware and can make a informed decision whether or not they want to patronize this location."

"Loved the fact that the manager was not afraid to step in and offer customer service. The front desk attendant was checking someone in and he greeted me immediately to start the process. I also observed him clearing dishes in the breakfast area to assist the housekeeping staff! Sorry I didn’t get his name for this review "
