The cabin was roomy, nicely furnished and had a great deck overlooking the mountains. A short walk from the cabin was a cool waterfall and close by were many wonderful hikes and a great winery within a short distance "

"Arriving at Trail’s End is such a treat. The little cottage is nestled in at the end of the drive with beautiful rhododendron and rocks and a little creek on site. The back bedroom is a cozy cabin-like room with a very comfortable bed. The trails were fun to explore. Also really enjoyed the Paddy’s Creek trail in Lake James State Park and Fonta Flora brewing (whipporwil farm location) was fantastic. This is a really lovely place. "Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."
