Although we had a lovely Valentine meal, we were in the public bar, next to the bar which was a bit noisy, table in the restaurant would have been preferred for a bit more privacy. "The accommodation was amazing, for a self catering establishment, it is very well equipped, lovely island in the kitchen with oven and hob, plenty of space to eat. The lounge area was very comfortable, with big screen TV, both bedrooms had comfortable double beds, upstairs en-suite downstairs separate bathroom. Plenty of parking and for those who wish to eat out, the pub across the road has a great selection at reasonable prices. "

However ten minutes before arriving at our destination the hotel rang me to say that they were closed and on holiday themselves.
