Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. "The code system works well. Breakfast system is well operated. Our room was next to an extractor fan for a restaurant and was noisy until the early hours of the morning. There was no way of ventilating the room so it became too warm, even in April."
