"Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service...

"The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. "Struttura un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento dato anche il costo. Comodi i letti. Posizione ottima per arrivare senza prendere l'auto alla zona del porto. Non ha un parcheggio dedicato né un area per sostare per cui risulta veramente scomodo scaricare o caricare l'auto."
