"The staff was very kind, happy and helpful. The hotel had always some nice activity for kids and adults. The food was wonderful. And there is a sand beach (Isuledda) that is just 800m from the hotel. We really recommend the TH."

"Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service...

"The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. "The apartments / buildings were very cozy, in a quiet area and well managed. Very nice garden. The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very helpful! About 2km to the nearest beach. The host helped with directions to an amazing snorkeling spot & rocky beach with complete privacy in the same range. That snorkeling was on par with that on Tavolara island! "Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...
