"Like this apartment in Seton easy to find and not to deep in the neighborhood.Only down side was the extra firm bed we slept on.Host was nice to deal with and friendly.Great price!"

"We stayed here as part of a sports team instead of at a hotel. This house easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids (11-12 years) along with all of our gear. The house is brand new- still with the brand new smell. Fridge was pristine. Check in and communications with the owner was easy- she quickly responded to any questions I had. We will absolutely do this again!"

"Hosted a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband this weekend! The house was clean, welcoming, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We played ping pong, had hot tubs, enjoyed the beautiful sun on the deck, BBQ’d our steaks. It was awesome. We had such a good time, we want to make it an annual event with our friends. Dan was awesome as a host, and he really helped make our experience memorable. Thanks Dan, see you next time! Denise "

"The location is great and it is a cute little place but I’ve stayed at better vrbo’s. 4.5 hours after check-in time I received a message from the host that the locks were causing some issues and there are keys available in a lock box. The upstairs tenants told me that when I arrived which was very confusing as I knew nothing about keys at the time, just the lock codes for access. I asked the host for some towels at that point and was told he would check with the cleaners in the morning, I never...

"Taylor was very good to deal with. She laid out all the details for the door lock and the rooms. The rental was very clean and has everything except ta kitchen, (which is stated). If you have a pet with you, the yard is not fully fenced and there are 3 deer who will often be only a few feet out the door. This wasn't an issue for us as our dog is trained. "The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "
