"The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "

"Taylor was very good to deal with. She laid out all the details for the door lock and the rooms. The rental was very clean and has everything except ta kitchen, (which is stated). If you have a pet with you, the yard is not fully fenced and there are 3 deer who will often be only a few feet out the door. This wasn't an issue for us as our dog is trained. Access to the area is easy and there are amenities within two blocks, 4min walk. The only issue and it was very easily fixed, was using the...

"Great property. Convenient to downtown, easy access to Banff and out to SE side of town. Was here for work and this place was great. Located directly next to a grocery store which was a major plus for me. Lots of good restaurants around the area as well. Used the Banff park pass one day to head up to the hills and look around d. Will be back to ski soon. All in all, great place with very responsive owners. "
