"Stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. Very nice, comfortable beds, full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds, other had a king. Not good for couples, but ok for a small family. The couch also pulled out for another bed, but we didn't need it. Great veiws of Sand Lake and the surrounding areas. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Huge pool with warm water, smaller hot tub, not too hot. There's a gas grill by the pool. We had loud neighbors...

"The location and water taxi to Universal is key! The room needed new quilts (had some loose threading) and new carpets (our room had stains). The staff were great and I loved room service 24x7 after some long days. "
