"We appreciated the close vicinity to lots of things within walking distance! There’s also a happy hour in the evening. The hotel is a bit old and outdated, but serves its purpose. Something not mentioned is that there is a 30.00 charge per person per night per room. This was an extra 60.00 bucks we weren’t aware of until we arrived. The staff was very friendly. "

"This property is perfect, this is our second trip to Florida and we’ve stayed here both times! The unit is very clean and has everything you need. It is literally a three minute walk to the beach as well as restaurants etc. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc in the shed located on the property. 10/10 book it! "

"Property in a great location in little Havana. Owners quick to respond and very nice & helpful. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would be happy to stay again! Thanks Eddie & Sandi!"

"The owner was wonderful very responsive with all my questions/ concerns due to having to evacuate our homes due to hurricane. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The home is just like you see in the pictures, beautiful and modern. We would stay here again. "
