Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small.

施設は綺麗だし、スタッフの対応も良かったが、禁煙室がとれずやむを得ず喫煙部屋になったが、加湿器を使うとすごいたばこ臭くて無理だった。そこはなんとかしてほしい。

予約時禁煙部屋の空室がなかった為 喫煙部屋を選択していました。 チェックインの際にダメ元で禁煙部屋の空きがあるか伺ったところ、 1部屋あるけれど前回宿泊のお客様が空調機の音がうるさかったどのこと｡ 決める前にわざわざ内覧を一緒にして下さいました｡ 私は気にならなかった為､その部屋に決め､ 快適に過ごすことが出来ました｡ 大分に宿泊の際にはまた利用したいです。
