"The property is amazing, and I was especially fascinated by the old elevator. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast were excellent. Be sure to try the "curd" — a yogurt-like dish made from buffalo milk. There are plenty of activity options (for an additional fee), and I especially enjoyed tea plucking while wearing a saree. The staff were all helpful. The room wasn’t too spacious but was clean and nicely decorated. "

When I got to the property, I felt like “I don’t even need to go hiking, this view beats anything I could hike to.” You can literally see and hear a waterfall from the balcony! "This hotel was a little slice of paradise! I’m not one for spending too much time on the hotel grounds but this hotel was an experience in itself. One of the best views of Ella - right between Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak. One of the best sunrise views. The garden is beautiful as well. They offer yoga daily in the garden which was truly a highlight of our time in Ella. Staff was very friendly and accommodating helping us book drivers and activities. It was truly a treat staying here! "

"A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night.
