"Excellent staff. Bathroom is well appointed. Absence of microwave in room made it less convenient but there is a communal microwave. Free onsite laundry a major plus (pay only for drying). Did not have a chance to visit in-hotel onsen but they offer tattoo patches. Very conveniently located next to a Family Mart. under 1 km from Takasaki Station."

"The hotel is clean and tidy. But there are not enough parking slots for all customers in front of the hotel. The public bath is a bit small, can only accomodate around 3-4 people at the same time. Overall, it is still high value for money. "

"Very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants. It is located just beside Takasaki train station. The room in this hotel is much spaces compared to those I had stayed near Takasaki station. "

"Quite old building with old interior and furnitures. Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Light switches were literally falling apart. Overpriced."

"The breakfast was, so good. I don't know that is traditional Japanese food or not, but I'm sure that's a great Japanese breakfast meal. Staff were very nice too."
