"Been living and traveling in Europe the last two years. This hotel has by far the largest rooms I have stayed in while here and maybe even the US, and they were super clean. The hotel is located above a mall and grocery store which was convenient when we needed something. Took tram to Basel Switzerland for the Christmas Market, its was about 15 min away, couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend! "

"Stayed in the junior suite and had breakfast included. Great spacious room. Buffet breakfast had it all including omelette and fried egg options. My only complaint was the trams run all night and are loud. Sometimes difficult sleeping."

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel early December as part of a break to visit the Christmas Markets - exemplary customer service at all times, thoughtful and supportive staff, lovely/well equipped room, very clean and comfortable. Lovely location with only a short walk to the centre (trams and buses stop outside the hotel if you do not wish to walk the short distance). After many years of business travel and many stays around the world, the service at this hotel was nothing less than exceptional. "Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
