"가족 여행, 롯데월드 방문에 최고의 호텔! 저희는 22층 짝수방에 숙박했는데, 사진과 똑같은 석촌호수 뷰를 감상할 수 있었어요. 무엇보다도 주황 단발머리의 친절한 직원분 덕분에 체크인부터 기분 좋게 시작했답니다. 롯데월드와 알라딘 뮤지컬을 이용하기에 최적의 위치였고, 바로 옆에 백화점과 쇼핑몰도 있어서 식사나 쇼핑도 정말 편리했어요. 포켓몬 가오레도 할 수 있어 아이들이 특히 좋아했답니다. 호텔 투숙객은 롯데월드 입장이 빠르고, 중간에 힘들면 객실에서 쉬었다가 재입장도 가능해요. 이 점이 가족 여행에 정말 큰 장점이었어요. 석촌호수를 바라보며 먹는 식사도 분위기 있고 만족스러웠습니다.그리고 가장 인상 깊었던 건 이동주 지배인님의 투숙 후 친절한 피드백 문자였어요! 이런 섬세한 서비스 덕분에 이 호텔이 계속해서 사랑받는 이유를 알겠더라고요. 가족 여행이나 롯데월드 방문을 계획 중이시라면 정말 강력 추천드려요! Perfect Hotel for Families Visiting Lotte World! We stayed on the 22nd floor, in an even-numbered room, and the view of Seokchon Lake was exactly like the photos—absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the super kind staff member with short orange hair, who made check-in warm and welcoming from the start. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Lotte World and the Aladdin musical. It’s also connected to a department store and shopping mall, which made everything from dining to shopping super convenient. Our kids were thrilled to find Pokémon Ga-Olé machines, and being able to rest in the room and re-enter Lotte World made the whole experience even better for families with children. Having a meal while looking out over Seokchon Lake was such a memorable moment. A special thanks to General Manager Dongjoo Lee, who sent us a thoughtful follow-up message after our stay. "We stayed for two weeks as a family of four and had a great experience. The unit was very spacious and well maintained — it’s rare to find such a large place in Seoul. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Konkuk University Station on Line 2 (the green line), making it super convenient to get around the city."
