"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "Nice clean hotel, short distance to the train station, tram and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Would recommend, would stay again. "

"We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher."
