"Hidden Gem is a perfect place to relax and just hang by the pool, or recline on the deck facing the ocean. It is not a place where you can step out the door and be on the beach or at a restaurant. "I loved everything about my staff. The staff are amazing - friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The room was just like the images on the website. The best thing was the food, normally all inclusive options are a bit boring, not here! I had no reason to eat outside. Only thing was that the clientele were not really my type, so I kept myself to myself, solo traveller. Most were couples of different ages. I will come back again. "

It is not really possible to swim in the ocean, but it was nice to sit on the beach and watch the waves. Surfers Paradise

"This is a perfect surfers location. Beautiful surf directly across the street, the pictures are accurate, the neighbors are friendly and sitting on the porch watching the surf was heaven. It is not "fancy" - if you have a high maintenance American with you this will not be your rental, but if you want a perfect surf spot to enjoy the views and relax book it. The owner was accessible by What's app as was the car rental co. Be sure to stop for groceries before getting to Bathsheba (only a little market nearby very pricey) and walk to the local spots for meals (some are open on weekends only). We needed a car. On the island you will need GPS (google maps worked) - roads are not well marked. The owner of the VRBO set us up on a fabulous fishing trip - caught Wahoo, Mahi and Barracuda. Definitely recommend if you have the right group. We will be coming back. "

Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort

"Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle is very well maintained. It is clean everywhere, the flowers, threes, swimming pool, floors, windows, everything is so clean. It is Wonderful to feel like a princess. The service is wonderful. People really care about you. Even the handyman showed me where the gym was. He took the time to show me personally. It is spectacular to see the values integrated to all the employees. The architect who design this hotel deserve a price. It is so airy, WOW ! We have a view from all the sides of the hotel. Even our room have a nice view. All restaurants and pools have been taught for our best confort and pleasure for the eyes. The room are amazing. The bed confortable like a cloud. The shower....I usually don't like shower...this time I made an exeption and I accepted the room like is was. Ho my god, the shower head is the best I have experienced in my life. I will by the same for my home. Thank you very much for the experience. I will come back soon!"

"On arrival we meet Amanda and housekeeper. Promptly acquainted , and was shown all that was needed to know about property functions. Really enjoyed the area, the quiet neighborhood, our pool, and view of the ocean from our back yard. Access to walking paths around the Bottom Bay beach and watching the goats and monkeys was a daily ritual. We would certainly not hesitate to stay there again, especially with the rural quiet lifestyle ."
