"Frontdesk was not aware of the reservation. Though friendly and welcoming not very helpful. Response with host was slow. Unit was clean. Bathroom towels were few, small and inexpensive, No hand towels. Bathroom tissue was scarce for 4 adults for 4 days. There were no Kleenex tissues. There were only 3 drinking glasses total in the unit for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils were few. Ice maker was inadequate."

"Property is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was a bit daffy, but instructions were easy enough to follow. Good communication, but very reliant on text messaging. Check-out felt awkward - put the bag with the keys on the kitchen counter, take a photo, text it to us then lock the door on your way out. Must make sure that you have -all- of your personal effects before closing the door! For the most part, I spent the vast majority of my time across the way at the hotel. Company...

"We were a group of 4 adults in town for the Phillies/Nationals game. We loved the place and cleanliness of it. The building itself is gorgeous and the 4 of us had a blast in the game room playing pool, shuffle board and listening to music. The free parking was a bonus and I highly recommend this apartment. "
