Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Cannot say enough good things, we loved our stay at this property. The balcony was amazing and the ability to open windows was great. There was a drying rack on the balcony that I could use to air dry some clothes that I hand washed as well. The AC cooled the apartment well after some time to catch up. "Everything about our 4 night stay at Klara's was wonderful. She was there when we arrived and explained everything. The views from the unit are spectacular.. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped. Having a rental car is a good idea. Klara's house is within a 10-15 minute drive to many great hiking and viewing spots. If you are visiting the Interlaken area and are looking for a great spot to stay, you will not be disappointed staying at Klara's. Promise!"

"The flat was warm, quiet and exceptionally well equipped with everything that we needed and more. It was clean and well-proportioned. The view from the balcony is dramatic (understatement) and we enjoyed the change of outlook depending on the weather and time of day. This was the most that we had ever paid for a weeks accommodation in Switzerland, but it was worth every penny. Thank you!"

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...
